Congratulations to the February students of the month! They were recognized for being kind.

First graders at Spring Lake Elementary took learning to the next level by creating their very own "7 Habitats of the World" field trip! Students worked together to design and create colorful habitat murals, bringing deserts, oceans, forests, and more to life.
Taking on the role of expert tour guides, they led fellow "tourist" students through their exhibits, sharing fascinating facts about the animals, plants, and climates found in each habitat.
This hands-on learning experience allowed students to immerse themselves in the wonders of nature while developing creativity, teamwork, and public speaking skills. It was a field trip to remember—without ever leaving the school!

Members of the Utah Opera visited our school today to perform and teach about music. Students were amazed by the vocal abilities of these musicians.

Wednesday is spirit night at Little Caesars!

Our fourth-grade students had an amazing time at the Utah Symphony performance during their field trip last month! 🎶

Students loved celebrating Valentines Day at school! Thank you to all of the teachers and parent volunteers who made it such a special day!

Our 5th grade students enjoyed visiting the State Capitol. While there, they toured the building and were able to visit with Representatives Welton and McKell.

Last week we celebrated "Counselor's Week." Mr. Gowans is constantly helping students to be successful. We are so glad that he works at Spring Lake!

Our kindergarten held a Royal Tea Party to culminate their literacy unit in kings and queens. It was so fun to learn about royalty!

Kindergarten recently had their Teddy Bear Picnic. They read bear stores, had a bear inspired snack, and wore their pajamas. Their bears helped them do math and bear writing too. What a beary good day of learning!

Kindergarten celebrated the 100th day of school. They made a 100th day super snack and counted to 100. Best of all, they are 100 days smarter! We love our students!

Mr. Ewell's class did a fabulous job performing "A Christmas Carol" today!

Students were thrilled to have many Christmas visitors today!

Our Spring Lake Choir did an incredible job in their Christmas performance! They have been practicing every Thursday since school began. Their hard work and dedication were evident.
