In-Person Help w/Infinite Campus Class Change Requests (Room C101)
August 5 & 6, 8:00am – 10:00am
Secondary Request Window
August 20 @ 3:00pm – August 21 @ 3:00pm
💻 How to Submit a Request
All class changes must be completed electronically. Counselors are not meeting in person for these requests.
Log in to the Student Homepage in Infinite Campus.
Navigate to the Quick Links section.
Select the Course Change Request link and follow the prompts.
Note: Requests must be submitted through the student portal; parent portals do not have this functionality.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirements
Before submitting a request, ensure the following are completed:
Annual Registration: Parents must complete the annual student registration update in Infinite Campus. Requests submitted without completed registration will be denied.
MTECH Students: If you have registered for an MTECH course, you must turn in your receipt to your counselor immediately to have it added to your schedule.
Graduation Progress: Requests that conflict with your required Graduation Track will be denied.
💡 Specific Instructions & Tips
Sophomores (Math 2 + Lab): Secondary Math 2 and its corresponding Lab must have the same teacher and the same period for both A and B days. You must submit two separate requests to change these.
Seniors: If you are dropping a class, you must select the "Make a Course Selection" option to choose a replacement.
Try-out Classes: If you are dropping a class that requires a try-out, please speak with the teacher before submitting your request.
Communication: Do not email your counselor to request a change; use the Infinite Campus link. You will receive an automated email notifying you if your request was approved or denied.
Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please be patient.
