Ian Chamberlain has been an outstanding member of the Salem Hills Band program, demonstrating perseverance, dedication, and a genuine passion for music. Ian has continually sought growth as both a musician and a leader, taking initiative to seek private instruction and refine his skills. His determination, positive attitude, and commitment to improvement have made a meaningful impact on the band’s culture and have inspired those around him to strive for excellence.
