Elizabeth Veenker is our new Ballroom Team Head Coach. She grew up in West Jordan, Utah, where she discovered ballroom dance in middle school and went on to dance on the Copper Hills High School Ballroom Team. She continued her education at Utah Valley University, where she was a member of the UVU Backup Tour Team and completed a variety of ballroom classes.
Elizabeth graduated from UVU in May 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies, along with minors in Biology and Environmental Science and Management, as well as a Certificate in Ballroom Dance. Over the past two years, she has served as the assistant coach for the Copper Hills High School Ballroom Team and is excited to step into her new role here at Salem Hills.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with her two rabbits, being outdoors, and attending BYU sporting events.
