SHHS Library was dazzling with bedazzled books. Students could decorate the covers of their own books with little gems to add a little sparkle to their reading.

Congratulations to Mr. Ryan Adair, SHHS band director, recently named one of Yamaha's 40 Under 40 Music Educators. Mr. Adair has built the band program through enthusiasm and collaboration with other schools. We love you, Mr. Adair!

Salem Hills High School FFA gave a bit of their time and talents to help a Payson flower farmer. Students helped weed and winterize hybridized lily beds at Monte Vista Farms. Way to go, Skyhawks!

SHHS peer tutors took time to read with some special students today as part of the statewide read-a-thon. Others around our school participated by reading throughout the day, too.

The new SHHS Writing Center is open for business. At the writing center, student tutors offer assistance to those who want help on writing assignments. The Writing Center is in room C210 and is open before and after school and during lunch.
